Amazon Customer Service - Great!

I AM WRITING JUST TO SHOW MY GRATITUDE AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION - if you want to buy something,  BUY at Amazom.com!

I bought two Moleskines at Amazon on April 26 and after a month and a half I still didn't get my books. Well, today I decided to get in touch with Amazon Customer Service to see what had happened with my stuffs and - pay attention -  it was a great experience - THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD! 

The were extremely thoughtful  and concerned in solving my situation that I almost forgot that I'd had a problem with my shipment. 

They haven't solved my problem yet but they explained everything that may have happened with my order and gave me a variety of solutions to make my buying experience as good as possible.

I am very happy with that experience and I do recommend buying at Amazon.
